What is serviced accommodation?
We provide all towels, bed linen and complementary toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Should you require a cot, trundle bed, sofa bed or stair gate for your guests, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking and this can be arranged by housekeeping.
What extra's are provided?
We provide complimentary toiletries, nespresso capsules, a gin bar and a little arran gift box to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will find a fully stocked log basket with fire lighters for any chilly evenings. There are also plenty of board games and a X Box to keep the kids amused as well as Netflix and a SONOS sound system for the adults. For the chefs among you the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking equipment in case of inclement weather and there is also a BBQ in the back garden.

Check in on the day of your arrival is from 3pm. Check out on the day of your departure is 10am.
Minimum number of nights?
From June until the end of September the minimum number of nights booking is 7. From October until the end of May the minimum number of nights booking is 3.
